From New York via I-95 North

Take Interstate 95 to exit 83. At bottom of the exit ramp, proceed straight through the intersection to the second traffic light. Turn left onto Governor Winthrop Boulevard and proceed to second traffic light. Turn right onto Eugene O’Neill Drive and proceed to next light. Turn left onto State Street. At the bottom of the hill the railroad station is directly ahead. Proceed toward the station and cross the railroad tracks to the right of the station. Once across the tracks, turn right to the Ferry Terminal.

From Boston via I-95 South

Take Interstate 95 to exit 84S (exit 84 is the first exit after crossing the Gold Star Memorial (Groton-New London) Bridge). The exit ramp curves around to the left and will feeds into a wide one-way road. This will narrow to three lanes and then to two lanes. Turn left onto Governor Winthrop Boulevard and proceed to second traffic light. Turn right onto Eugene O’Neill Drive and proceed to next light. Turn left onto State Street. At the bottom of the hill the railroad station is directly ahead. Proceed toward the station and cross the railroad tracks to the right of the station. Once across the tracks, turn right to the Ferry Terminal.
