Policies & Procedures

The following additional protocols have been implemented out of concern for the well-being of our customers and staff.

WALK-ON PASSENGERS

• Walk-on passengers are welcome on the ferry as-long-as passengers follow New York State and Island Health Project protocols.

VEHICLES

• Vehicles only need to present their tickets in New London. Please place tickets under driver side wiper blade. Retain the passenger ticket stub(s) for your return trip. The vehicle ticket will not be returned to you.
• Vehicle reservations are highly recommended. FI Ticketing & Reservation offices hours are limited. It is best to use this website to make or change a reservation.
• Passengers may remain in their vehicles, except the last row on the ferry. Certain cabin space is reserved for the school on the 7:00AM and 4:45PM weekday trips during the school session.
