The Board of Commissioners Annual Election is held the second Tuesday of August each year.
Electors of the district qualified to vote for town officers of the town of Southold at the preceding town election and owners of real property situated within the Fishers Island ferry district assessed upon the last preceding town assessment roll shall be eligible to vote at any such annual election.
