As of July 23rd, 2020 , the number of bookable online reservations has been increased to accommodate loading efficiency aboard the ferries. It is now more important than ever to plan ahead and make a reservation for travel since standby spaces have been significantly decreased. This change has been made in an effort to streamline our ticketing process and vessel usage to minimize expenses during this time.

While using our online system, it is increasingly important to follow each booking prompt carefully, if a vehicle is “oversized” (longer than 18 feet or taller than 6 feet 6 inches) such as a Suburban, 4-door pick-up, carrying a bike rack or overhead storage and does not select the oversize option, upon arrival they will forfeit their reservation and be considered standby.

Please remember that vehicles with reservations need to be in line with a driver 25 minutes before departure or the reservation will be forfeited.

New Ferry surcharges took effect on May 29, 2020 for the remainder of the year. Please read about the changes by clicking on the link.

We are closely monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and are taking action based on guidance from public health experts. In order to maintain a safe environment and address customer concerns, we are taking measures including:

• Enhanced cleaning protocols. We have increased the frequency of cleaning service on our ferries and in our terminals.
• Additional antibacterial products. We have increased the quantity of sanitizers available for customers and employees throughout our terminals and ferries.

Freight arrivals on Fishers Island will be processed as soon as possible, however it might take to the following day before all items are availble to customers.
